The Embassy of Romania in Islamabad has issued an important public advisory, informing citizens that a person named Zafar Ali, whose name and photo appear on a circulating card falsely associated with the “Romania Embassy (Islamabad),” has no connection whatsoever with the Embassy.
The Embassy clarified that the card is completely fake, and the individual is neither an employee, nor a representative, nor affiliated in any capacity with the Romanian Embassy or any Romanian government institution.
The Embassy strongly advises the public, partner organizations, and private individuals to exercise utmost caution and to verify all official information directly through the Embassy’s authentic communication channels. People are urged not to engage with anyone who falsely claims affiliation with the Embassy through forged identity cards or who requests money, favors, or personal information.
