ISLAMABAD: Polish Ambassador Maciej Pisarski met with Polish cyclist Sławomir Strzelczyk, who successfully completed an impressive 1,390-kilometre cycling journey from Islamabad to the Khunjerab Pass.
The journey was undertaken to celebrate the enduring friendship between Pakistan and Poland while promoting tourism, cultural exchange and people-to-people ties between the two countries.
Ambassador Pisarski congratulated Strzelczyk on his remarkable achievement and commended his determination in completing the challenging route through some of Pakistan’s most scenic landscapes.
The journey also highlighted Pakistan’s potential as a destination for adventure tourism and provided a unique platform for strengthening 🇵🇰-🇵🇱 cultural and people-to-people relations.
