Bangladesh has reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing cooperation with Pakistan across parliamentary and other key sectors. The pledge was made by Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, during a meeting with National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in Dhaka.
Both leaders expressed satisfaction over the improving relations between the two countries.
Speaker Sadiq highlighted the importance of bolstering parliamentary exchanges and proposed the creation of Pakistan-Bangladesh friendship groups within the legislatures of both nations. Dr. Yunus described Pakistan as a “second home” for Bangladesh and emphasized that sustained high-level engagement would further strengthen bilateral ties.
